Alanya is a popular holiday destination in the coast of the Mediterranean to the south of Turkey, with its history going back to ancient times. Its natural and blue flag beaches extend along the coast. In the city center where the Mediterranean climate prevails, summers are hot and arid, whereas winters are warm and pluvial. Average temperature is 14 in winter and 27 in summer, and average sea water temperature is 18 in winter and 25 in summer. Snowfall in the city is an extraordinary climate condition.
Standing over 2 thousand meters in height, the Taurus Mountains are covered by snow during winter. In the spring, the melted snow is carried to the Mediterranean by the 20 creeks in Alanya, creating great picnic areas and rafting routes. The highlands on the mountains offer a rich flora. There are areas suitable for both Jeep safari and trekking. The Alanya Castle alone is home to 16 species of endemic plants.
Alanya, having been known by the names Coracesium, Kalonoros and Alaiye throughout history, is today a candidate for UNESCO World Heritage City with its past spanning millennia.
Our Project
Our project is located in Mahmutlar Neighborhood, block 810 and parcel 1. It consists of 206 apartments within 4 blocks over an area of 10,463 m2. Each apartment has two balconies. Heaven Hills is waiting for you with its interior architecture designed by incorporating detailed and quality materials, well-planned gardens and outdoor resting areas, a scenery you can’t stop taking in and more. The western and eastern parcels of our project are green areas. They are not to be enclosed under any circumstances.
